Half of the burgers were cheddar and half were swiss. I like my cheese in the middle! I just make a ball of cheese and tuck it into a ball of raw hamburger, smash it, and fry it! (It's too easy, I probably shouldn't have written out the directions but then I was like.....writing them....and ehhh, well it's written, now I'm not going to erase it pssshh lol)
